Soul Soundtracks Vol. 1

Soul Soundtracks Vol. 1 is a collection of 10 original compositions that are inspired by 70s Cinematic Soul movie soundtracks.  The collection features a full string section, horn section, rhythm section and vocals -- all real instruments and humans recorded through analog gear.  

Instruments used include vintage Slingerland drums, hand percussion, Fender Jazz and P basses, Gibson 335 and 72 Tele, Baldwin piano, Hammond organ, Clavinet, Wurlitzer, Rhodes, Minimoog, bari and tenor saxophones, flute, tenor and bass trombones, trumpet, double bass, cello, viola and violin. 

Recorded and mixed at Ryan Prewett's studio using lots of analog gear including Chandler TG2 preamps, CAPI preamps, Locomotive Tube preamps, Tube-Tech CL1B compressor, Wellspring Reverb and Fender Princeton amp. RCA, Stager, Royer, Warm Audio, Sennheiser and AKG microphones were used for capture. 

All files are 24Bit 48K.

Compositions includes full mixes and mixes with no drums.
